halibut olympia
Well our friend emily had her parents in town, so her and charleen had done some halibut fishing last weekend
so I told her I would cook dinner for her parents... So friday nite after a 10 hour day, and a short nap, I went over to emily's house and cooked halibut Olympia.
I laid down some red onions on the bottom of the dish, then the fish, then a layer of sour cream/mayo mixed, then some graded cheese, then bread crumbs...
It was suppose to take 25 mins at 325 but due to special request, I put in to much cream cheese and mayo... so it took almost an hour to cook but it was so worth it...
IT looked heavenly in the oven, But even better on the table
and my was the dishes so cleaned out at the end
